Incredibly Rude!!!

Went to incredible Cresta today around 13h30 to buy a 4TB external drive that's on special. Spoke to Lucky who stated that they had no stock. To cut a long story short, lucky called various branches to find stock.i then asked for the manager to attempt to pay for the drive @ Cresta and collect @ the branch that had stock. Martin ngwene, the manager, then stated that he needs to arrange this with the branch. After standing there for an hour Martin was still not able to secure the drive for me. I then called the centurion branch which Martin stated had stock, to be told that they don't have stock. He then stated that Clearwater had stock and that he was trying to get hold of them. After calling them myself I went to Clearwater to make my purchase. I have to mention that Martin was very rude. Luckily George was there to assist. I told Martin that he has no people's skill and that he should learn from George. He then had the audacity to tell me that he'll take it as a compliment.@ 1 stage George had to actually tell Martin to go to the back as Martin was being so rude and confrontational. Mr Marco Van Niekerk, your company's moto is where technology and humanity meets, what was humane about this?
