Organic material found in Beeno biscuits

I purchased a smaller bag of Beeno biscuits from Checkers in Mall@Carnival on 16.10.13. I emptied the bag into a plastic container and noticed some organic hair in the biscuits. I took photos and contacted Martin and Martin. I spoke to Anna, I then e-mailed her photos of the biscuits. She gladly sent my dog a Hamper filled with very good bytes and chews. Thank you so much for your speedy response as well as taking such care of with complaint! Your effort does not go unnoticed!
