RTT
Extremely unprofessional

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from RTT. I am awaiting a parcel from [URL Removed] which was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of January 2014. When phoning RTT one always receives the promise that you will be called back. This however does not happen. Why is it so difficult to provide me with answers and my parcel. Do you realise that you are placing [URL Removed] in a bad light? I am not interested in excuses, I just want my parcel and hopefully I won't have to deal with your company again.
