I started my dealings with Amelia on the 9th of May 2013.

I have 2 kids in foster care who needed to get their motorbike learners license's as well as their drivers license. A lot of promises were made as to how she was going to help me. But those were just empty promises. Appointments were made and re scheduled...(always poor excuses like people not being at work, systems that are off-line, she has been sick herself twice since we started dealing with her). Eventually we got an appointment for the drivers license. She supplied learning material for the bike learners and promised that she could get the one boy an appointment for the bike learners with in 2 days. He must just learn and we should let her know when he is ready. It is n now 2 weeks later and still no appointment. After following up with Amelia for the 3rd time I was shouted at that she is sick (again) and cat work and the phone was put down in my ear. After that indecent she refuses to take any of my calls. So I guess I have lost this round and my money that was paid for which no proof was provided... Sad! :-(
