Compliment and apology

After having ongoing issues with a contract migration, Martin as store manager took my call. Unfortunately I poured my fury all over him and unfairly took out all my frustration for the recurring issue on him.

Martin spent the next couple of hours making sure my issue was resolved - taking more care than anyone else associated with MTN, I have to add.

In the end, Martin was superb - absolutely friendly, sincere and thourough, making sure I was informed of every little step - so this is not just a compliment to Martin, but an apology from me - an apology he deserves.
