Customer service is pathetic still waiting for Customer Relations person from Edenvale TOYOTA with regards tomy querie on the warranty claim?

a) How can you replace the one front shock absorber and not the other?

b) Why must the customer pay for the second shock?

c) Wheel alignment is not included when replacing the shock, but that you have to find out for yourself afterwards?

d) Verbal quote was given on the wrong part which they only found out when it was time for fitment -How can you order the wrong part if everything is computerised? Why must I pay more for someone else's error?

e) The whole warranty claim took one month to resolve because of Christmas holidays, who's going to take responsibility for wear and tear on other components because of driving with a faulty shock absorber?

Unfortunately there is not enough space to write the whole story as it happened with causes for delays and the ordering of wrong parts, the whole verbal quotation argument and the unprofessional manner in which this whole incident was handled from day one.
