CAR SOLD WITH DEFECTS - Lack of DUE DILIGENCE

In October 2013 we purchased a FORD FIESTA from this dealership.

We have since taken the vehicle to an insurance company for an assessment. The assessor has confirmed that the vehicle has undergone body repairs
- The rear bumper is loose
- The colour of the back panel drivers side is different to rest of vehicle
- The door sill panel was not fitted correctly and is loose
- All 4 TYRE RIMS are damaged

Based on this we believe that Ben Morgenrood did not do DUE DILIGENCE prior to selling the vehicle to us and these important details were not disclosed prior to the purchase.

Had this information been made available, we would NOT have undertaken to purchase this vehicle.

We are now seeking a reduction of the purchase price in the amount of R 15000 .00 as we believe the transaction was not concluded in good faith
