Dissapointed!!!

I am honestly just dissapointed and disgusted at the attitude i am currently recieving from Renault. I drive a Clio 4 (2013 model) and at around 5000km's i took my car in for an inspection before going on holiday this past december, they told me the car had nothing wrong. The car drove perfectly well while on holiday and for 2weeks when i got back. Last week my clutch Suddenly (had not experienced any problems before) died on me and i took it in to have it checked. Long story short, at 8000kmz, the warranty is refusing to pay for the fixing of my clutch, so is the maintance plan because according to them my car is still under warranty therefore they wil lnot pay for its fixing. For the life of me i do not understand why i now need to pay thousands of rands besides having both warranty and maintaince plan covering me. I am disgusted at the fact that i have spent so much time trying to find who needs to fix my car and these guys are just passing the blame to each other. I bought a new car for a reason, to not have to pay for fixing it, or atleast not at 8000kms
