LG microwave - Stupid service i have ever faced

I have bought LG micro wave last year and started giving problems with in 1 month and I took it to the store for fixing.
They took 1 month to fix it but I never complained but after 1 year exactly I have the same problem but now the story is different all of a sudden it was cockroach damage.
The quotation they have given me is 1000 rands to fix it, but I brought it for 999 rands, so what are they fixing that will cost them almost as new one...
I told them I am not happy with the quote and I don't want them to fix it now new story starts...
They are saying now I have to pay 280 rands because I am not accepting the offer...
But why should I pay?? When I booked in my machine it was under warranty and now they are claiming it was my fault and the warranty on the machine is no longer valid and on top of that I have to pay 280 rands...

I am very much off with the service...
