I bought a maintaince plan with Liquid Capital last year May when i bought a brand new Clio 4. After driving the car for almost a year now, i have experienced problems with the clutch, and because i decided on taking the maintaince plan after being convinced at the dealership that something like this would happen (the clutch dying), and i knew i would not be able to afford the fixing of it, i then took the maintaince plan for less financial stress. But to my suprise i am honeslty having more stress with the maintance plan because suddenly they do not cover my clutch since my car is still "new" according to them, this being something i was never told about when signing my contract with them. I do not know how many times i have tried calling the company and i have also asked to escalate this case as i am in desperate need of my car any not getting and VALID reason as to why they will not approve my claim. I am higly dissapointed at the level of service and integrity from the company, which i understand to be trying to get out of paying something they promised to cover.
