Clutch failure, warranty and motorplan blame you!!

I have a Kia Cerato 2.0 and the clutch catastrophically failed after just 29000km. After taking it in Kia decides to call some "Clutch Expert" who looks at it and writes a report to say the clutch failed because of "Agressive Driving style and resting foot on the clutch while driving". This is complete and is untrue. My clutch started giving issues after 10000km. The clutch would stay partially engaged when gearing down and would only disengage when you completely released the accelerator for a second or 2. I complained about the problem a few times and everytime they couldn't replicate the problem as it was an intermittent fault. At 40 000km the problem was happening again so I took the car directly to Kia and got a technician to drive with me. He experienced the problem and they replaced my clutch. 29000km later with my new clutch and suddenly the clutch breaks apart. Kia Warranty and my Motor Plan refuse to pay and get the so called Clutch expert in to assess my clutch. He then gives the report listed above. There is clearly an issue with the clutches on Kia vehicles as I see Amanda Juries experienced the exact same thing. Clearly Kia don't want to acknowledge this!!!
