Fish Hoek Laundrette: Lost my clothing

Whilst on holiday in Simon's Town, I took our washing to Fish Hoek Laundrette in the nearby Fish Hoek on Saturday 28/12/14. I went to fetch it just before closing at one o'clock.. The afternoon, when my wife started ironing it, she found a lot of clothes missing. I phoned the lady who assisted me - tel 0833534404. She said that our clothes probably it got mixed up with somebody else's washing and that I should wait until the Monday as people normally bring clothes, which are not theirs, back. She would also go through her receipts and phone the people who brought washing in. On Monday just before we left Simon's Town for Langebaan, I again phoned the lady. She said that she had phoned all the people, but one, whose phone number was very faint. I SMS-ed her a list of clothing we were missing, but we realised afterwards that the list was actually much longer.
I called them a few times, but they could not tell me how they are going to compensate me for my loss. their land line no. is 0217822989. During Jan 2014, they got hold of the person, they thought that had the missing clothing. I also phoned this person, which told me that some of their clothing were also missing.
