They took my money and didn't delive

I got an invoice from Thea Taylor and paid R8500 and sent the proof of payment to them. They promised to deliver my gearbox on 20.12.2013 but instead they started ignoring my calls and not responding to my emails. I was forced to open a case of against them as the bank needed a case number in an attempt to reverse the online payment but that didnt work as they denied the bank permission. I have been calling and emailing and sadly it looks like what seems to be a reputable company is one of CONS. Do not use them, they will take your money and not deliver. I am not impressed and am now going to take further action against them, I work hard for my money and it is not fair for someone to just think they are entitled to it by lying.
