Hi, I'm absolutely at my last straw I have wasted so much money and time calling you emailing you only to keep getting told that money has not reflected in your account I paid on monday and it is already friday already!!! I have both faxed and emailed proof of payment you keep saying you have received my proof of payment but its not reflecting why is this??? when the correct reference was put in yesterday I will admit the bank. had put the old reference number when I initially paid via eft but it was rectified yesterday by FNB and still I'm getting emails saying time is running out to pay I have the horrible suspicion money has been from your side which is classed as even though its only R983 its still money that has been left unaccounted for I was such a happy customer until now Also your call centre has not been entirely helpful I would just like to know if I will get my order or has this money been please look into this order number 200243769. Martin
