4th gearbox replaced and Problem Still Reamains

My Mazda Driftere BT 50's Gearbox was replaced in April 2013 on Mazda Factory Warranty, 4 Gearboxes later and the problem is not solved. now that the Warranty has exspired in June 2013 i sit with the problem. Assiatance from Mazda SA is poor and it sounds like they stick to their policies, however this is not a normal case where they have given me a new part and it failed 7 months later. The gearbox was a recon Box and i would say after replacing 5 boxes (of wich one of them didnt have 5th gear) This is not the solution. Why are they avoiding Spending money on a new box and then it would save me time and money with all the calls and taking time off work for their repairs. i can not spend money on a policy that is not Effictive.
