ABSA protecting Criminals

Mr Z.B Khuzwayo ABSA account number 9287571164 working together with OLGARSAUTO have me R8500 on Thursday stating that they are working together with ABSA repossessed cars. When I found out that It was a then ABSA advised me to open a case and come back with an affidavit to reverse my money. When I came back with the affidavit I was then informed that the bank cant help me with regards to my money and also they cant provide me with the information of these criminals. I lost R8500 and the bank cant assist me. Please Help me on this I know a bank like ABSA cant condone criminal behavior. I really want my money back.
