I want my money back

I applied for the events management course in april 2013. i paid money in full and still waiting for study material. the name is paballo makgato. this is my 2nd complaint to date and i have not received my money back as i need to continue with my studies. i have emails and proof of payment that show this to be true, ulindi has promised to come back to me so many times. now when i call the number it doesnt exist. what is a person to do as this si my hard earned money. should i just open a case of instead? please give me my money back.
