Spa Massacre - The worst spa in the world!

This was the email sent to their GM. Needless to say, he didn't bother to respond.

Hi Mike,

I trust this email finds you well.

I don't often complain, but feel I would be doing you a disservice, but not sharing my awful experience.

For my birthday on the 11th, my fianc? arranged a surprise evening of pampering. I would say the biggest surprise was the torture that I endured during my supposed full body massage.

I asked myself... Is this a massage or was someone playing a sick joke on me for my birthday. Alas, it was no joke. How I continued through the experience, I do not know. Perhaps I thought it was just a dream, or maybe I was interested to see how the event would unfold.

All I can say honestly, was that the experience made me feel sick. What a disaster. Absolutely felt like she had no experience or training. No idea whatsoever.
