Bad experience

I booked and paid for a groupon package for 2 people for an hour massage, 30 minutes head massage and 30 minutes reflexology. This was a birthday present for my sister.
Well when we got there and they saw it was a "groupon package" they were not very interested and no one wanted to really help us. We went in a very small cubicle and were told to undress, and put towels around us. Well the towels were so full of oil and not very clean at all, as was the pillow and towel we were lying on. I would expect clean towels with ever massage. Then two young girls came in and because the lights where shining in our eyes they put the lights off. No soft background music, the cubicle was so small that they had to move the chair they were sitting, basically over our heads to get to the top of the table. One of their cell phones rung, but luckily they did not answer it. The massage was not great and I really don't know where these girls trained, no uniform, just in normal street clothes, the whole experience was very unprofessional.
In less than an hour they were finished and while we were lying there we could hear the manager/owner fighting with someone over money.
