This company doesn`t have respect for black people

It was on the 24th August 2013 the person responsible for renovations at a building im renting instructed me to do changes to my draining system only to give me until 28 August 2013 which is short notice in reality now he threatens to cut my pipe, this was supposed to be done in writing, and sufficient time given so i can organise some funds for the plumber, but because im black this doesnt happen.now my business will stop after the pipe is cut, this is unfair.
