AA iNSURANCE 'STAY AWAY'

I recently had a pipe in my bathroom burst, and logged a case with the AA insurance. After 2 weeks, the plumber sent out by the AA, came to do the repair. during THIS TW0 WEEK interval I had to bail water out of the bathroom every day to prevent the bathroom from flooding, as the pipe that had burst was behind a tiled wall. I have a hole in my bathroom wall now, and according to both the AA assigned plumber and assessor the tiles are now longer available

In the interim, we had a server storm resulting in my veranda tiles outside lifting as a result of the flooding and another claim was logged

The geniuses at the AA now don't want to pay out as the say the burst pipe is a maintenance issue.
which lifted the tiles... on my veranda?

Now tell me, how can my bathroom pipe, which burst in my bathroom, lift my tiles 50m away and 1 story up on the veranda. and on top of that be due to a lack of maintenance??

Can someone tell me how you maintain a copper pipe in a wall, and how often you need to maintain it..does the AA expect their client to break open their wall to check this every month... is ridiculous!!!
This is just another prime example why insurance company's get a bad name.
