Rapid Business Registrations
Still waiting for my company amendments

I contacted Rapid registrations to complete two company amendments for me almost 4 months ago:
1. I was appointing a new director
2. I was changing my company name

Between constantly changing their employees and poor service, I still haven't had even one of my amendments done, and I am losing out on many business opportunities because my company amendments have still not been effected.

I am constantly calling them and sending emails, but the situation has not changed at all.

I contacted them last week, and they told me that the CIPC would send me a code, before Friday. It is now Tuesday and I still have not received anything or heard from any of them.

I just want my company amendments to be done. I just hope that they won't give me the same problems with my Income Tax Certificate.

The service given by this company is really poor. I am really disappointed.
