My mother's car is RUINED!!!

I am absolutely appalled at the service that my mother received. firstly you guys kept my mother's car for 3 weeks to repair a gearbox without any update. When you complain you then cant even get your story straight. One person advised her that you are still waiting for the part and then the mechanic says the car is ready. My mother nearly died when she lost control after the propshaft came out while she was driving. according to, y dad it seems you guys did a Very bad job fixing my mom's fortuner. i will ensure that my mom takes legal action as we are a family of lawyers. We will be laying a criminal charge of and as well a civil suit for grievence, bad service that has cost my mother money as she works on the road and as well for the car she hired. i am so angry right now and trust me when i say ill see this through. this is me informing you.
