2009 My Mother made deal with James to build us a house. Same year August my Mother transferred R180k from my disability payout to James account as they agreed about the whole total cost of the house. 2014 we are still waiting for the house to be completed and the owner James not cooperated at all. Unfortunately the situation is out of control now because the owner do take advantage of my disability, physical and medical conditions and my Mother educational background. Presently my health status are not so good and speedy resolution on the matter will help.
