Accused of due to staff incompetence

My mother and sister visited the store on Friday 24/01/2014, after paying for their purchases as they were exiting the store my mother was walking ahead of my sister, my mother with one bag and my sister with the other bag. The bag my sister was carrying contained a block of cheese which had a sensor in which was not de-activated by the cashier and or packer. My mother had the invoice and proof of payment with her. Your security guard refused that my sister go after my mother to get the proof of purchase. He then took her to a holding cage like a criminal. Now what I cant understand is why he denied her the opportunity to get the proof of payment from my mother. Eventually after almost an hour after your store went and checked the records and found the goods paid for. They failed to apologise for the incident caused by your own negligence to de-activate the sensor. Your security failed to obtain the proof of purchase from my mother. Your staff contentiously referred to her as a shoplifting criminal, also no apology from them. My sister deserves an apology. You can be assured that our family and friends will no longer purchase any goods from your chain of stores.
