Bought an outer cv for hyundai accent and realize after it was greased ready to be installed that it was not the right model cv then I phoned the benten automotive asking if it was possible to come and exchange the cv on the phone I spoke to Riahz aka Nana who advise me to cleanup the grease and bring it back with the slip. When I got to the shop I decided to buy another cv and when I explained about the one I came to exchange new stories came up they say they want the box and its contents I took gave them the cv's box and contents because they are of the same make and they are the same size and make the store manager refused even after I have proven and showed the others and they witness and agreed that they are the same but the store manager got angry and rude and he refuse to exchange the cv.
