27 Aug: 2sfx requotes client on Joomla site/corporate identity
27 Aug: 50% deposit paid
30 Aug: 2sfx sends logo design
5 Sep: 2sfx sends website design-client says "LOVE YOUR WORK"
3 Oct: 2sfx sends email dropbox folders do not correspond with website layout
3 Oct: Client says "use dropbox layout"
5-18 Oct, 2sfx informs Monette that website pages are increasing. She requests we hand over the site. We show her the backend of Joomla. Payment will be made she says
18 Oct: 2sfx sends business card
21 Oct: 2sfx sends letterhead design. Client says "love it"
22 Oct: 2sfx sends Joomla Manual- ignored
30 Oct: 2sfx sends invoice- ignored
6 Dec: 2sfx emails her re payment- ignored
10 Dec: Accounts call client. She refuses stating "website is incomplete"
10 Dec: We try to call to solve issue. Phone is off
11-13 Dec: 2sfx sends email stating "we would like to find a resolve"- no response.
30 Jan 2013: Due to lack of silence, we shut down website

We, to date have not heard anything further from client. We are dealing with this with a legal representative & will take this further with her.
