Sanrose my spare wheel - 2nd time

Interesting enough and as expected. Sanrose lost my second spare wheel and refuse to replace it again. They never had a check sheet when they booked my vehicle in and upon collection, they told me they would investigate the matter when I told them my vehicle doesn't have a spare wheel again. They contacted me that afternoon to say the technician said it didn't have a spare wheel when he checked it.
How pathetic. I just would like to tell all those that want to use Sanrose Autobody to make sure they remove everything from their vehicles, cigarette lighter, spare wheel, tools, ashtray and every thing that can be from the vehicle
They replaced my power steering pump 3 times as they put the incorrect oil in it and also gave hassles paying for the repairs as they wanted warranty to pay for it.

They refuse to replace my spare wheel.
