Messed up and refuse to take any responsibility

My vehicle was towed to Sanrose on the 30 April from an accident... Assessment was R140 000, the insurance came to assess, they saw that the car still had temporary tags on it (as I had recently taken ownership of the vehicle) The tags had expired by the time the assessor saw the car so I had to get new tags before they would authorize repairs. I was away on business and manged to get to Sanrose and supply the new tags at the end of May, Sunil takes the tags from me and puts it on the car... the problem is that he doesn't tell anyone namely Shane (at Sanrose) who handles this. Nothing happens for the entire month of June while I have to keep phoning and get the runaround. Eventually they realize the mess and I have to sort this now out with MUA insurance who was very helpful and sorted the approval in under 2 hours. Now Sanrose refuses to take responsibility for the month delay. Colin from Sanrose has the gall to say to me that I am NOT the customer MUA is. They know the breakdown of the whole process was in house but cant take responsibility. I am out of pocket and not to mention the frustration they just don't give a. Amazing how little you are worth as a "customer"
