I took my car in for a service on the 9 February 2013. When I picked my car up from the dealer I noticed that there were dirty marks on my roof interior and my driver's seats back leather was scratched. An agent from vw called me to find out how the customer experience was and I explained to her what had happened. She assured me that her manager will give me a call to sort this out. To this date 6 March 2013 I am waiting on her manager's call. I feel that the level of service was pathetic and very unprofessional because they want to call clients to get feedback on how the service was but never own up if it bad ratings/feedback. Customer service is about the customer and not about all the good feedback they get from their clients. Awaiting your response!!!
