Action Panel Beaters
Absolutely Pathetic Service

I booked my car into Global Hail end Nov2012 for hail damage, they then sent my car to Action Panel beaters in Spartan.

Action Panel beaters said I can collect my car on the 06/12/2012, on inspection of my car there were various issues as listed below:
Bonnet was scratched (swirl marks), a dent still on the roof, paint/clear coat bubbles on the fender and roof, paint chip on driver door, window visors have been scratched and chipped, interior roof lining & side panels full of dirty hand marks, lights were incorrectly adjusted&shining 1-2m in front of my car&the list goes on

Silvia phoned me in Dec just before they closed business for the year, to say that their level4 painter is on leave until the 02/01/2013.

I took my car back on the 15/01/2013 for them to fix all the above mentioned issues, Claud &Gert booked my car in.
I have been phoning them every second day or so leaving messages & never getting them returned.

Every time I actually get through to Gert his story changes saying that they re-sprayed because he wasn't happy with the paint work, they reassembling, they waiting for it to be polished etc etc etc.

It is now 4 weeks later & no-one can tell me when i can get my ca
