Still no sign of parcels

I've been waiting for parcels for ages now and nothing is arriving.

The one parcel has been posted in January already, still no sign.

The other was posted on the 20th of February and was meant to be here in 5 days... still no sign of that either... These are my wedding shoes!!! Im getting married next month and the dress can't be finished off as I need the shoes.

Both parcels are from England and England now doesn't provide tracking numbers to South Africa as South African Post is too unreliable... how embarrassing!

I am also waiting for a parcel from UNISA which was posted on the 13th of February, important study material.

As usual SAPO is letting us down.

Can someone PLEASE find out what is happening because it is becoming beyond ridiculous.

To top that off, your customer service numbers just keep saying how important my phone call is, as to date I've never been able to be put through to a person.

Come on SAPO, pull up your socks!
