My wife took her vehicle to Kempton Park Toyota for repairs to her vehicle after it kept cutting out and losing power when the vehicle heated up. Toyota were very quick to diagnose the problem as the fuel pump which they swiftly replaced at nearly R6000. The same day my wife fetched the vehicle and drove it home, the exact same problem persisted about 20kms into her journey.

I have taken the vehicle back to Toyota this week to get the problem sorted and have been waiting here for over 4.5 hours already with no one having a clue as to what the problem is. I had called Toyota last week to tell them they need to lend us a car for this week as my wife cannot be without a vehicle to which they said they would make a plan... I'm still waiting for one! Service. Advisors and service managers don't seem to give a. All in all shocking service which has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back to this branch for service and certainly will think twice beforeconsidering my next vehicle as a toyota. After sales service (and that's not specifict to just Kempton Park!)
