I dropped of my girlfriends VW Polo for a check and for fixing the sunroof, i did not even for one minute get feedback from the person that was supposed to keep me informed, i called the branch more than 5 times, just to find out what the status of the vehicle was (mind you all this time, i had been leaving messages). I eventually spoke to the Dealer princinpal (John White) who said that they would get back to me (which again did not happen). Eventually PAM who is the service agent, contacted me regarding the status, but was also not clear. I also needed to be picked up from my work place to their dealership, and i was promised that the driver would pick me up. I had indicated in the morning that i needed to be picked up. PAM informed me that the driver who had dropped me off, had already knocked off, and she would try and get ahold of another driver to collect me. I tried calling their offices again, after realising that no one was attempting to contact me, i found that they were closed. So here i am left stranded with no vehicle, all thanks to the remarkable service from Lindsay Saker.
