Double billed no airtime

I renewed my contract from a MTN 500 to MTN 1200. My billing runs from 16th to 17th. From 16 June to 10 July I was on the MTN 500. On 10 July my contract migrated to the MTN 1200. For some unknown reason, my 500 contract was taken off and I was billed for all the calls I made between 16 June and 10 July. On 10 July I was billed again for the FULL R1200 for the new contract. Not only was this R1200 not pro rated for 10-17July, but I received NO airtime for this. My bill is now R 2600. I have to pay for ALL my calls made while I was on the 500 as this was just removed, plus I am being billed for the FULL R1200 for 7 days! I have spent more than 1, 5 hours on the phone with their incompetent billing department and client care who cannot seem to grasp the concept of this. To make matters worse, I was informed that I have to pay the FULL amount and they will investigate and credit me if necessary! NO ONE gets back to me. This is RIDICULOUS! Why must I carry the cost? I must now carry a R1400 cost because it takes DAYS for Autopage to get to me. I was told that if I return the R2600 debit order, my line will be cut, yet NOTHING happens when I am overcharged by R1400. PATHETIC SERVICE
