Afterbeing to about having a fuel filter fitted to my vehicle by at=rtin from nissan imperial menlyn branch i called through to the nissan and spoke to lebo after sendin her all relevant emails she never contacted me back. i then called in and spoke to jacque who after wasting my time leavves a voicemail on my phone saying there is nothing they can do for me as nissan sa and i must book my car in. i work 96km from where the dealership is and they now have the nerve to tell me they will fetch my vehicle do extra almost 200km on it and they will do it next week only. i had a mazda before and their customer care and response was much better thsn this. these people i have had to deal with have offered me nothing but grief and problems. would you leave A VEHICLE WITH PEOPLE WHO TO YOU? WOULD YOU ALLOW THEM TO DRIVE ALOMST 200KM ON IT? WOULD YOU BE SATISFIED WITH THIS NONSENSE YOU ARE RECIEVING FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND THE MAIN OFFICE NISSAN SA? IM DISGUSTED AND I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE THIS ISSUE GETS HEARD AT ALL LEVELS OF NISSAN AND WORLD WIDE IF NEED BE. PATHETIC AND REVOLTING. AND MORE . IVE NEVER MET SUCH UNREPUTABLE PEOPLE.
