Bad service from taxi company

On 05 February I had an emergency and required a cab to transport me from my home to my office. I called Cab Co and requested a taxi be despatched to my address. All the required details were given to the telephone operator.
Thirty minutes after the due collection time I called again only to be told that there was no record of my collection and that my call had not been logged - there was much talking between the telephonist and someone in the background - I had to give my address three times, my name four times and my telephone number twice before I cancelled the collection in frustration. I like to support local companies but these service was unacceptable and unprofessional - the attitude of the telephone operator was unhelpful and inconsiderate. I definitely won't use their company in future.
