WHAT A JOKE!!!

What a nightmare of a company to deal with! I had planned a date night with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We knew we would have one too many at dinner, so we organised a taxi to fetch us from my flat and then to drop us off afterwards. 15 minutes late and still no sign of the taxi, i called Excite to find out where they were. They had no record of me booking the taxi. Then then said they would be there in 10minutes. 30 minutes after the call still no sign of them. I called again... they apparently came to my flat and rang the doorbell but no one answered. This is a complete as we waited outside for the cab to come. And if they went to the wrong address and their story was in fact true, why didnt they call me? They apologised again and said a taxi will be outside my door in less than 10minutes. Another 30minutes went by and they never showed up. We finally had had enough and called our evening quits! They never called to explain themselves. This is THE LAST TIME I will ever use Excite Taxis again! Evening ruined!
