Every time I call CourierIT to do either a collection or a delivery I have to repeat myself at least three times before the individual at the end of the telephone can understand me. It should not be necessary to spell a company name out two or three times! Add to this my physical address on their system is always shown as one of the places where a collection was done previously and despite having asked them to rectify this and waited on the telephone while it is supposedly corrected, each time I jump this same hoop. Today I say I want the envelope TODAY and the individual asks her which service I want. I repeat that I need the envelope today and I get asked again would I like it overnight? What part of today is difficult to understand? Training is clearly an issue at this company and today I have decided after months of frustration to change to another courier company! Suggestions?
