I've made a booking with Tracy at Beauty on Byway Day Spa on 15 January 2014 for 6 March 2014 at 12h30. When I emailed her today to find out and confirm my booking, she told me: "Your booking has not being secured as we never received a time from you. Our last communication was me informing you on the 3 time slots available and then requesting confirmation which we did you receive".
I've emailed her back the proof of my booking and all emails between us and all she said was: "Apologies, for some reason I never received it..."
I find it totally unacceptable, totally weird, unprofessional and think she's lying as she received and responded to all my other emails except that one. Now I've been placed in an awkward position and inconvenienced because she messed up and didn't do her job properly. I won't be able to go at a later stage due to work commitments.
