Booking not made by staff

I made a booking at Sorbet Glen Village for 5 Jan 2014, for 10am to do my nails. I arrived at the salon at 10am, where I was told that there was no record of my booking. I received no apology. Instead I was accused of not making the booking. I find this sort of service, rather lack thereof, very unprofessional and disappointing.
