Bought a car 1 year ago. I go for service and i'm told that the key for the lock nut is missing.
I said that it must have been forgotten when they delivered the car as i have never seen it and it was my first service no other garage checked the car in between. I tell the story to the guy who sold me the car - Jerome. He says that's impossible, we went through the checklist. He takes me to the manager, who tells me that they don't run a charity business and can't keep on giving them away for free. On her request we look for the check list, that i did indeed checked for the lock nuts (being a woman - i believed what the sales guy tells me). So already i didn't like the attitude - first time i get my car to service, just do a little bit of customer service, inform the customer that it's an exception and they will change it for now.

The funniest is that when i took my car to one of these tyres places, the garage man checked and my car didn't even lock nuts. What a joke.
so we call back Jerome and ask him to confirm that he went through the whole checklist with me. When we tell him that there's no lock nut on the car, he argues and says it's impossible. No sorry, we are now liars
