Lock Nut missing in the ca

I have took my car few times to North Cliff Auto for service, firstly my car was scratched when i went to fetch it, this was around March, the scratch hasnt been fixed as yet because there is no loan car available as i cant take the car in without an alternative mode of transport, they promised to take the car in as soon as a loan car is available. Today August 24th i went to tyremart to put on new tyres, they couldnt take the tyres out because the lock nut is not in the car, i called BMW North Cliff as they are the ones who worked on the car 2 weeks ago. I didnt get any job, they are telling me to bring the car in to check the size of the required lock nut, i mean really now. I had to call BMW on call to assist me as i had to change tyres and they charged me R400... this is not on, i need a refund for this money and i need the lock nut back. Someone pls assist me with all these.
