Double charged by Bakwena & Sanral

I have two e-tags - one is for Bakwena which I pay for personally when I have to go through Zambezi toll everyday and the other tag has been supplied by my company who pay for me to pass through the Sanral gantries!!!

I have been billed by Bakwena & Sanral for going through Zambezi Tolls!!! I was told by Sanral to remove the Bakwena tag and only they will bill me for going through Zambezi toll and the gantries as they have taken over Bakwena's billing system and tags!!! I never gave them permission to charge me for Bakwena tolls on the company's SANRAL e-tag!!! I asked if Bakwena toll are now part of their tolling system does this mean that they are included in the R450 maximum toll amount charged they laughed at me and said no!!! I now have to prove that I have been double billed on Bakwena grrr

PLEASE BE CAREFUL THOSE WHO HAVE BAKWENA TAGS AND ARE REFUSING TO PAY TO GO UNDER THE GANTRIES SANRAL WILL HAVE ALL YOUR DETAILS CARE OF BAKWENA
