Worst Customer Experience ever!

I ordered a lock nut on Thursday morning and was told by Raylin that it would be there by 10am the next morning so I go to the the branch at 1pm the next day and Raylin tells me the lock nut is still at the post office? he tells me he is on his way to fetch it so I go across the road to Makro and when I come back he is still there without the lock nut? I am now waiting for more than 2 hours and I ask the manager Riaz to assist but he looks like he is afraid of Raylin and offers no assistance? The assistant manager comes and apologises? I got the lock nut 3 hours later but that branch has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, that Raylin and his manager need to get some serious training.
