Bad service with repairs

Good day.
My husband and i bought a vehicle from Hyundai Lenasia on the 20/12/2013 there service to get the sale was exceptional. on the 3 weeks of having the vehicle we started hearing a noise with the car only to find out whenever the clutch was pressed there was a squeeking sound, it go louder the next day. we contacted the dealership and they asked us to bring the vehicle back on the 15/01/2014 my husband took the vehicle back I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS DONE TO THE VEHICLE but never the less the sound was gone, 2 days later the 18/01/2014 the sound started again only this time it was even worse there was a grunting sound. after much of a hassle he eventually has to speak to the manager there who sent someone to pick up the car and have it fixed. today we are told that we have to pay for the repairs because WEAR & TEAR IS not covered in the warranty. HOW THE FLIP CAN WE BE BILLED FOR WEAR AND TEAR IF WE HAVE THE CAR FOR 1 MONTH THIS DEALERSHIP OUT OF THERE MINDS TO EVEN MENTION SUCH A STUPID STATEMENT. DO THEY REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE THAT DUMB. THERE IS NO WAY ON EARTH WE ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE HAD ITS 90K SERVICE WHEN WE BOUGHT IT.
