Problem with servicing vehicle... again

Vehicle went in for 60 000 km service at Nissan Hatfield and once again we have problems. This time the vehicle makes a massive noise when driving, sounds like a vibrating noise/rattling sound, which gets worse when braking and gearing down. The vehicle has 0% problems when it was taken in on Saturday, when my husband returned the vehicle today the technicians just pulled up their shoulders and said it is not their fault. Now how is that possible if the only people who worked on the vehicle were them and the problem only started after the service?
This is pathetic service and it needs to be sorted out ASAP. Should any damage occur to the vehicle because of this is would be for your bill!
