Who do I bill at SANRAL?

My staff have now wasted so much time with SANRAL trying to resolve a simple problem.
SANRAL simply cannot get it right, so we have now decided to bill them.

This is no different to charging admin for garnishing orders.

Our rates are R5.50 per km.
Admin staff: R500 per hour.
Management staff: R1500 per hour.

Expect a hefty bill SANRAL!
