SANRAL unable to control billing

So SANRAL is billing me for vehicles sold in years gone past. Of the 9 vehicles registered to my name according to SANRAL, I own only 2 at the moment.

Further, I bought etags for only 4 of these vehicles - i.e. the other vehicles' tags were bought by the subsequent owners (if at all), but they are still billed to me?!?!?!

How does SANRAL justify indicating to the SA public that they are on top of their system when they are working on outdated data?
