Worst service ever!!

Worst service we have ever recieved, calling my wife names! Paid for overnite delivery and only after about 2 weeks we had to try and phone her and had all kinds of excuses. Then she sends the wrong order in the wrong packaging that can damage the product. Never answers her phone! After a lot of name calling from her side we got a refund. Thats not how you treat clients that pay for a service.
